Sawing machine with ZiMo

The ZiMo mobile robot cell is used efficiently in pick & place applications on a sawing machine. After the sawing machine cuts the workpiece precisely into parts of the same size, ZiMo takes over the further material flow in combination with the MATCH end-of-arm ecosystem and a suction pump. ZiMo grips the cut workpieces securely and places them in a designated container. This application enables an end-to-end automated process step, increases productivity and reduces operator workload.
